Christ,the Eternal Word

In the beginning the Word already existed. The Word was with God and the Word was God.

He existed in the beginning with God. God created everything through him, and nothing was created except through him.

The Word gave life to everything that was created, and his life brought light to everyone. The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it. John 1:1-6

Haven’t you noticed when light is cast upon a dark room, darkness disappear. And darkness can not over take light. The Word of God gives life to any situation that is in your life. Jesus is that life, “ Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life.” John 14:6

  • The Word is quick
  • The Word is powerful
  • The Word is sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of the soul and spirit and of the joint and marrow.
  • The Word is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Hebrews 4:12
  • The Word is a spirit, “The Spirit alone gives eternal life. Human effort accomplishes nothing. And the very words I have spoken to you are spirit and life.” John 6:63

He came into the very world he created, but the world didn’t recognize him. He came to his own people, and even the rejected him. but to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God. They are reborn not with a physical birth resulting from human passion or plan, but a birth that comes from God. John 1 10-13

For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by openly declaring your faith that you are saved. Romans 10:10

For God made Christ who never sinned, to be an offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ . 2 Corinthians 5:21

If this is you, say this prayer with me, Heavenly Father, forgive me of my sins. Create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit within me. I believe Jesus is the Son of God. He died on the cross and arose from the grave for the remission of sin of the world. I believer in my heart and I am confessing your name. Thank you Jesus for my salvation, The Gift of Eternal Life . Amen!
